Motor overload is one of the common malfunctions in frequency converter operation. For Oulu frequency converters, motor overload is displayed as ERR/FU11 on the operation panel. The causes and troubleshooting methods for motor overload are as follows:

1. Check if the motor protection parameter P9-01 is set appropriately: Configure this parameter correctly.

2. Determine whether the load is excessive or if motor stalling has occurred: Reduce the load and inspect the motor and mechanical conditions.
