Motor Auto-Tuning Fault is one of the common faults during Variable Frequency Drive operation. In Oulu VFDs, this fault is displayed as ERR/FU19 on the control panel.

Troubleshooting and Solutions:

1. Motor parameters not set according to the nameplate:
Configure the motor parameters correctly based on the nameplate specifications.

2. Parameter identification process timeout:
Check the wiring between the inverter and the motor.

3. Encoder abnormality:

• Verify whether the encoder line number setting is correct (parameter P1-27).

• Check if the encoder signal cables are connected correctly and securely.
