Nanjing Oulu Electric 2020 Spring Festival Holiday Arrangement Notice

In line with national policies and the company's actual situation, the 2020 Spring Festival holiday is scheduled from January 19 to February 1, totaling 14 days. This includes:

• 3 days for the Spring Festival statutory holiday

• 4 days for weekends

• 5 days of annual leave
  (For employees with less than 1 year of service: these 5 days will be offset by compensatory time off (overtime) or treated as unpaid leave.)

Additionally, the rest day originally on January 31 will be shifted to February 2 (working day), and all employees must clock in and report for work on February 1.

Additional Notes:
The company requires all employees to clock in at the factory by 08:00 on Saturday, February 1, 2020 (the 8th day of the lunar new year). Failure to do so will be recorded as an unauthorized absence.
A general assembly meeting will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2020 (the 9th day of the lunar new year). All staff must arrive at the unit by 08:00 to attend on time. In case of rain or snow, the event will be postponed.

All department heads are required to attach great importance to this matter and conduct thorough safety hazard inspections before the holiday. On January 18, a factory-wide cleaning will be organized based on work progress. All responsible personnel must perform safety checks, cut off water and power supplies, and ensure all windows and doors are securely closed, guaranteeing a safe, peaceful, and joyful Spring Festival celebration.
