Residential solar power systems are critical equipment designed to meet the basic electricity needs of users in remote farming and pastoral areas. A complete system typically includes crystalline silicon PV modules and mounting brackets, an integrated solar inverter-controller (with enclosure), batteries (installed inside the inverter-controller unit), a wireless transmission module, connection cables, and accessories (including sockets or output terminals). Among these, the integrated inverter-controller serves as the core control device, combining both charge/discharge management and inverter conversion functions.

While few domestic manufacturers are capable of producing even 1,000 such units per day, Nanjing Oulu managed to supply 10,000 units in just 10 days. How did they achieve this?

Nanjing Oulu Electric Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise dedicated to industrial automation and new energy power generation equipment and control technologies, integrates R&D, production, sales, and service. To ensure the on-time completion of a public power supply project in Tibet, the company mobilized its entire workforce and implemented multiple measures to guarantee production.

Employees voluntarily extended their daily shifts from 8 hours to 12 hours, working overtime to accelerate output. Production coordination was unified group-wide: skilled workers were quickly transferred from other lines to support and maintain the operation of core production lines. Administrative staff also spontaneously joined the production front to provide assistance while fulfilling their own responsibilities.

With unity of purpose, meticulous organization, and strict attention to every detail, the entire team at Oulu worked intensively to advance production. As a result, another batch of XXX integrated solar inverter-controller units passed quality inspection and rolled off the assembly line. Daily production capacity has now reached 2,000 units, representing a 100% increase in output.

To ensure smooth logistics and transportation, the company developed a detailed supply plan, organizing shipments in phases, batches, and regions based on order priority and urgency. On average, two container shipments were dispatched daily. Additionally, Oulu partnered with high-quality freight companies to guarantee both timely and secure delivery.

The successful progress of the project to deliver over 10,000 integrated solar inverter-controller units fully demonstrates the tremendous energy of Oulu’s corporate culture and the strong execution capabilities of its leadership and employees. Thanks to meticulous organization, effective measures, and the relentless efforts of every team member who worked against the clock, the task advanced on schedule. This has laid a solid foundation for completing the production order for State Grid Tibet Electric Power safely and with high quality within the designated timeframe.
