Nanjing Oulu Electric Honored as "Outstanding Partner" by China Mobile Shannan Branch in Tibet
On February 21, 2022, China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd. Shannan Branch in Tibet held its 2021 Engineering Summary Conference. At the conference, our company, Nanjing Oulu Electric Co., Ltd., was honored with the title of "Outstanding Cooperative Unit."
Shannan Prefecture, a prefecture-level city under the administration of the Tibet Autonomous Region, is situated south of the Gangdise Mountains to the Nyenchen Tanglha Range, in the middle and lower reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River. With an average altitude of about 3,700 meters and a highland climate, the region presents unique environmental and operational challenges. To promote local socioeconomic development and benefit ethnic minority communities, China Mobile’s Shannan Branch has planned and constructed numerous communication base stations in the area.
Leveraging its technical expertise, product quality, and service capabilities, Oulu Electric was awarded the contract for the solar photovoltaic power system under the “2021 Tibet Telecom Universal Service (Border Region 2) Pilot Project - First Batch Power Supply Section for Shannan Service Area.”
The project was characterized by a tight schedule, heavy workload, challenging environment, and high standards. Adhering to the principles of continuous improvement and pragmatic efficiency, Nanjing Oulu Electric proactively coordinated and collaborated closely with relevant departments of the project owner. With ingenuity and perseverance, the team addressed various challenges, overcame multiple difficulties, and successfully completed the project implementation. The company delivered high-quality and efficient services, creating value beyond the project itself, and earned high recognition from the project owner for its professional capability, coordination skills, and service quality.
To date, Oulu Electric has successfully executed similar projects across diverse and challenging environments in remote regions of China—from Mohe in the far north, to islands in the Yellow Sea, and across the western provinces of Qinghai, Xinjiang, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, as well as the southern areas of Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan. These efforts have contributed to ensuring stable communications and power supply in underserved areas, supporting poverty alleviation initiatives, and demonstrating the company's outstanding project management capabilities and high product quality.
The recognition as an "Outstanding Cooperative Unit" not only affirms the innovation of our products and the excellence of our project execution, but also lays a solid foundation for sustained collaboration. The company’s leadership has expressed its commitment to continue providing partners with even higher-quality products and services.
