On January 26, 2019, Nanjing Oulu Electric Co., Ltd. grandly held its 2018 Annual Summary and Commendation Meeting & 2019 Spring Festival Gala at the Hemantang Hotel. All employees, along with some of their family members and colleagues from subsidiary company, gathered together to share the joy of recognition and New Year blessings, while collectively witnessing the company's development.

The event commenced with a speech by Mr. Jiang Hua, the General Manager of the company. He began by acknowledging the collective efforts and dedication demonstrated by everyone in 2018, emphasizing that the achievements of the past year were the result of shared perseverance and hard work. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Oulu family for their quiet dedication, relentless efforts, and diligent contributions to the company's growth, extending sincere New Year greetings to all. Furthermore, he outlined the company's development goals and vision for 2019, encouraging everyone to remain true to their original aspirations, strive with renewed determination, and work together to achieve new heights of glory in the coming year.

       To enhance the cohesion and centripetal force among all employees and to stimulate their enthusiasm for work, the company recognized and commended the outstanding individuals and collectives of 2018. Certificates and bonuses were awarded to affirm and express gratitude for their efforts and achievements over the past year. They serve as both role models and benchmarks for everyone to learn from!

       Following the awards ceremony, the New Year gala kicked off with sincere blessings and cheerful music, featuring a new addition this year—the "Shake the Golden Pig" game. Eager to participate, everyone rolled up their sleeves and enthusiastically shook their phones, striving to make their representative pig race to the front. This innovative game quickly elevated the atmosphere to a climax. For the evening, employees from various departments, including the inverter sales department, servo motor division, and R&D department, prepared nine diverse and spectacular performances. The handsome F4 band, hilarious skits, fiery hot song medleys, and mesmerizing puppet dances won rounds of applause and cheers from the audience!

       Amidst the spectacular performances, the event was also interspersed with an exhilarating lucky draw session. As prizes were awarded for categories such as the Joy Prize, Warmth Prize, Third Prize, Second Prize, and the grand First Prize, the atmosphere at the annual gala was repeatedly elevated to new heights. Employees who did not win in the draws also received New Year red envelopes of varying amounts through the "Red Packet Fun" lottery, ensuring everyone shared in the festive joy and rewards.

    The gala concluded with an interactive Q&A session hosted by the young child, Jiang Tingyi.

       Amidst the melodious tune of the farewell song "Unforgettable Tonight," the splendid New Year gala drew to a perfect close amidst laughter and joy, marking a successful conclusion to 2018 and heralding the beginning of a glorious new chapter in 2019. As we bid farewell to the old and welcome the new, it is a time to share in the celebrations while also remaining keenly aware that the coming year will present both challenges and hopes, as well as opportunities alongside difficulties.
