In March 2018, a customer in Jingzhou, Hubei purchased hundreds of 300W small wind turbines. As it was the customer’s first experience with integrated wind-solar hybrid street lighting systems, they requested our company to send technical personnel to provide on-site guidance and installation support.

“The customer’s concern is our concern.” Relevant department leaders immediately arranged for personnel to be dispatched to the site for installation guidance.

Upon arriving by train, our technical staff went directly to the site without delay and began working. They first assessed the on-site conditions. Due to tight deadlines, some of the light poles had already been installed. Our team provided brief training on the installation sequence and explained the steps and key points for turbine installation in detail to the customer’s installation crew.

After all safety measures were strictly implemented, our technicians, together with the customer’s installation team, operated using a crane to ascend and personally demonstrate the installation of several 300W small wind turbines. They then continued to assist and guide the installation of the remaining turbines on site.

Throughout the installation process, our technicians patiently addressed every question raised by the customer and on-site personnel. The entire process was marked by continuous communication, mutual understanding, and close collaboration. Thanks to everyone’s efforts, the installation of all 300W small wind turbines was successfully completed.
