In the past, herders used buckets to manually fetch water for their livestock, and later switched to diesel-powered pumps, which were time-consuming, labor-intensive, and costly. Nanjing Oulu Electric has developed a new water lifting function for its wind-solar hybrid equipment: with a simple press of the controller’s start button, clear well water rapidly flows through the pipes and fills the drinking troughs. Now, each herding household can use a 3000W wind-solar hybrid system to generate electricity for water lifting, making the task of watering livestock and irrigation no longer a heavy physical burden.
