"The Enterprise Labor Union" establishes an effective and rational communication channel between company management and employees, demonstrating care for staff and reflecting the organization's warmth. Our company's labor union actively responds to the calls of the regional labor union. Based on the company's characteristics and future development needs, it has set up an "Employee Book Club" to encourage the exchange of ideas among employees. Through "training as the foundation," it enhances the overall quality of staff, and through "activities as the medium," it fosters mutual care and concern among colleagues. The company is our home. This model has been recognized by the regional labor union as a typical demonstration case, promoting the construction of enterprise labor unions and sharing successful development experiences.

In light of this, the Regional Labor Union collaborated with journalists to conduct an on-site visit to the company. The visiting reporter, Ju Ying, listened to a report from Labor Union Chairman Zhang Zhengtang and extensively interviewed other union members. She also conducted an in-depth inspection of the company and gathered opinions and feedback from additional employees. The journalist published a feature titled "One Harmonious Family, One Prosperous Dream—A Report on the Labor Union Committee of Nanjing Eurotherm Electric Co., Ltd." in the "Union Window" section of the February 27, 2017, edition of *Today's Luhe*.  

Company leadership expressed that they will continue to support the labor union's work, caring for and valuing employees by focusing not only on their professional development but also on their personal well-being. They are committed to helping employees grow, emphasizing the company's social responsibilities, and building a socially responsible and compassionate enterprise.
