At 9:18 AM on October 12, 2016, Zhongzhi Electric Nanjing Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanjing Eurotherm Electric Co., Ltd., held a topping-out ceremony for its Zhongzhi Industrial Park project. After 10 months of intensive construction, the park is scheduled to be fully completed and operational by early 2017.

The Zhongzhi Industrial Park project is located on Xingangwan Road in the Luhe Economic Development Zone of Nanjing, covering a land area of 31,220 m² with a total floor area of 27,990 m². The structure is designed as a frame system. Upon completion, the park will serve as an independent facility for technological R&D, pilot testing, and production, spanning industries such as energy and power, electrical transmission, industrial control, and electric vehicles. It will also attract high-end technical talent, with an estimated annual output value exceeding RMB 500 million.

The construction of the Zhongzhi Industrial Park marks a new starting point for Nanjing Eurotherm Electric Co., Ltd., signaling the company’s commitment to faster and broader development across multiple sectors. It will enable the delivery of more products that meet the evolving needs of users.
