Fault Description: Product Matching Error

Possible Causes:

Invalid product code (motor or drive) in the system configuration.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. For internal error code P0B45=0120 or 1120:

• (1) Check the motor nameplate to verify if it is a compatible motor model from our company.

• (2) Confirm that parameter P00-00 (Motor Model Code) is set correctly according to the motor nameplate.

• (3) Reconfigure P00-00 based on the motor nameplate or replace with a compatible motor.

  2. For internal error code P0B45=2120:

• (1) Check the drive model number in parameter P01-02.

• (2) Verify whether this drive model exists in the system database.

• (3) If the drive model code is invalid, set the correct drive model parameter according to the drive nameplate.

Note: This fault occurs when the configured motor or drive model code does not match any valid product in the system database.
