Oulu Electric and its subsidiary Chnchi Electric have long been dedicated to the independent R&D and manufacturing of products such as frequency converters, servo motors, servo drives, wind turbines, controllers, inverters, and wind-solar hybrid power systems.

As the saying goes, “A craftsman must sharpen his tools to do his job well”—to excel in product quality, one must first hone the “tools,” which in our context refers to specialized skilled talent, particularly in automation, industrial control, energy efficiency, and smart manufacturing.

To cultivate more professionals in these fields, the company has established a "Technical Training Program" featuring a diverse and practical curriculum. The program includes 74 courses across three major categories, covering online video training and real-case studies on products and positions such as frequency converters, servo systems, PLCs, touchscreens, HMIs, microcontrollers, mechanical design, CNC, and electrical engineering.

Following the initial phase of training, the various courses have provided substantial benefits to the technical staff involved. Lü, a new engineer in the R&D department, shared: “The current focus of the company's professional skill training is on product application, which has given me a systematic understanding of the specific performance parameters of our products. I am not only gradually becoming familiar with their practical use, but also validating and deepening the theoretical knowledge I previously acquired. To some extent, it has helped me build a more complete and robust knowledge system.”

A frontline employee also commented: “We hope these trainings continue to expand in both depth and frequency. During the sessions, we are able to raise issues encountered in practical applications, discuss solutions, deepen understanding, verify what we’ve learned, and progress together.”
