To cultivate more professionals in these fields, the company has established a "Technical Training Program" featuring a diverse and practical curriculum. The program includes 74 courses across three major categories, covering online video training and real-case studies on products and positions such as frequency converters, servo systems, PLCs, touchscreens, HMIs, microcontrollers, mechanical design, CNC, and electrical engineering.

Following the initial phase of training, the various courses have provided substantial benefits to the technical staff involved. Lü, a new engineer in the R&D department, shared: “The current focus of the company's professional skill training is on product application, which has given me a systematic understanding of the specific performance parameters of our products. I am not only gradually becoming familiar with their practical use, but also validating and deepening the theoretical knowledge I previously acquired.
