       As the new year begins, everything takes on a fresh look. While the atmosphere of the Spring Festival still lingers, a new journey has already commenced.       

       At 7:58 AM on February 21, Nanjing Oulu Electric Co., Ltd. held its Spring Commencement Ceremony to welcome a highly promising and prosperous year of 2021. All attendees presented their health codes and had their body temperatures checked before entering the facility. They also received chocolate ingots and gold coins, symbolizing a sweet life, smooth work, and flourishing prosperity.

As the national anthem played and the flag was raised, all employees of Nanjing Oulu Electric stood ready, transitioning into "work mode" with high spirits, unwavering motivation, and a fresh outlook—energetic and positive.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Hua delivered the opening address, emphasizing that in 2021 the company will strengthen management to enhance efficiency, focus on cost reduction, productivity improvement, and innovation. He encouraged all departments to put forward reasonable suggestions and pledged to promptly adopt and implement feasible proposals.

He stressed that the company always prioritizes dedicated strivers, noting that only by creating stronger profits can the company provide better living conditions and development opportunities for its employees, contribute to society, and realize both corporate and personal value.

Furthermore, he highlighted the need for diverse talents, stating that “talent is productivity.” While bringing in new talent from outside, the company will also focus on discovering and nurturing internal talent.

“We are a young and dynamic team, capable of achieving miracles. Thank you for your years of collaboration and support. May we continue to work together to elevate the company and our team to new heights and accomplish even greater goals.”

       Of course, a good start wouldn’t be complete without seeking auspicious blessings. General Manager Ms. Yang Xiaoying presented each employee with a red envelope and New Year’s greetings, wishing everyone a year filled with passionate work and fiery enthusiasm in life.
