Embracing 2021, We Lead the Way – Nanjing Oulu Electric 2020 Summary & Recognition Ceremony and 2021 New Year Gala
The year 2020 was an exceptional one for the entire industry. Despite the unprecedented challenges and difficulties brought to the market by the COVID-19 pandemic, Nanjing Oulu Electric Co., Ltd. maintained steady and continuous progress in its development.
On January 30, 2021, in response to national pandemic control measures and to ensure both effective epidemic prevention and orderly daily operations while safeguarding employees' health and safety, the company broke with tradition by holding its 2020 Summary & Recognition Ceremony and 2021 New Year Gala via live stream for the first time. Under the theme “Embracing 2021, We Lead the Way,” over a hundred employees from both Nanjing Oulu Electric and Chnchi Electric participated together in the online celebration through video.
The online annual event was structured into four main segments: the Chairman’s Address, the Awards and Recognition Ceremony, pre-recorded performances, and New Year’s Messages. The agenda was also enlivened with interactive activities such as red envelope grabs and prize drawings.
In his speech, Chairman Jiang Hua reviewed the company’s journey over the past year, acknowledging and affirming the remarkable achievements and outstanding performance made possible by the collective efforts of the Oulu Electric family. He expressed sincere gratitude and best wishes to all employees, recognizing their dedication and contributions throughout the year. Additionally, he outlined and elaborated on the key priorities and strategic direction for the year 2021.
The live broadcast announced the 2020 Annual Awards, which included the following categories:
Rookie Star, Outstanding Employee Award, Execution Star, Service Star, Best Team Leader, Management Star, Innovation & Improvement Award, 5S Advanced Team/Individual, and Outstanding Performance & Progress Award.
During the live annual event, employees from various departments—including the Frequency Converter Sales Department, Servo Motor Division, New Energy Market Department, Procurement Department, and R&D Department—carefully prepared eight video performances. Each presentation was uniquely crafted, diverse in format, and brilliantly executed.
After the performances concluded, all participants had the opportunity to vote for their favorite programs. The top four acts with the highest number of votes were ultimately selected as the outstanding performances of the event.
Staying home and skipping gatherings didn’t mean missing out on the fun—the performances and lottery draws were all there!

This requires empowering our people to grow in capability and professionalism, enabling us to serve our clients better and advance our industry.
Over the past year, many enterprises and peers have achieved remarkable results through transformation and made significant contributions to society. We must learn from them—especially our industry’s leading players. These pioneers are driving internal changes aimed at upgrading mindsets: from self-centered thinking, to empathy, to systems thinking. Transformation elevates cognitive skills, unlocks new ways of thinking, and helps build agile, learning-oriented organizations that break through entrenched patterns from within. Such vitality enables them to absorb new energy, embrace self-reinvention, and cultivate innovation that yields tangible results.
These insights are drawn from the transformational experiences of industry leaders—worthy of deep reflection and learning.
