To fully achieve the company's strategic and organizational performance goals, enhance innovation, strengthen management, and lead the development of its quality brand, Nanjing Oulu Electric is launching a company-wide initiative to comprehensively implement the "Excellence in Performance Model". This effort aims to promote the company’s healthy and sustainable development.
Nanjing Oulu Electric was honored as a “Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative Little Giant Enterprise” by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2021. The company was listed on the Beijing New Third Board (NEEQ) in 2017 under stock code 871415. Its distribution network spans 30 provinces and municipalities across China, serving over 30,000 users and end-customers. In recent years, the company has received multiple honors, including “Civilized Unit”, “Model Workers’ Home”, and General Manager Jiang Hua was named “Municipal Model Worker”. It has also been recognized as a “Municipal Demonstration Site for Employee Reading Rooms”, a “Demonstration Enterprise for Democratic Management and Open Disclosure of Affairs” by Nanjing Federation of Trade Unions, and has established such platforms as the “Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center”, “Nanjing Engineering Design Center”, “Jiangsu Provincial Master’s Graduate Workstation”, and “Nanjing Postdoctoral Workstation”.
