On the morning of December 17, 2018, an ordinary day took an admirable turn when Comrade Niu Litao from the Wind Turbine Production Department of Nanjing Oulu Electric was riding his bike to work as usual. During his commute, he came across two mobile phones that had been lost. Concerned about arriving late to work, he did not wait at the scene but instead brought the phones to the company. Once there, he proactively used multiple channels to locate the owner and successfully made contact shortly afterward.

The owner of the phones offered a reward of 1,000 yuan as a token of gratitude, but Comrade Niu Litao politely declined. The owner explained that she worked in procurement and sales, and the two phones were extremely important to her, containing a large amount of sensitive company data. She had never expected to recover them.

The following day, to express her sincere appreciation, the owner presented a commendation banner to our company. She personally thanked Comrade Niu Litao once again and took a photo with him to commemorate the occasion.
