With the support of China’s reform and opening-up policies, and after eleven years of dedicated development, Oulu Electric has evolved from a little-known electric motor production workshop into a high-tech enterprise specializing in industrial electrical equipment drive control and energy-saving technologies, as well as new energy power generation and control systems.

The company now provides distributed grid-connected wind power systems, off-grid wind power systems, wind-solar hybrid power supply systems, and solar water pumping systems—among other solutions—to clients such as State Grid, Inner Mongolia Power Grid, and telecommunication base stations. Integrating R&D, production, sales, and service, Oulu Electric has gained a notable market share across various industry segments.

With complete independent intellectual property rights and multiple R&D patents, the company’s products have passed all required tests at national inspection centers, meeting all standard requirements. They have obtained test reports, Golden Sun Certification, Solar Product Certification, and CE Certification.

Growing steadily and consistently, the company reached a significant milestone in May 2017 when it was successfully listed on the Beijing New Third Board (NEEQ; stock abbreviation: Oulu Electric, stock code: 871415).

The company has independently developed and successfully launched the FD series of standard small and medium-sized wind turbines, the LB series of mini wind turbines, and the FN series of pastoral household wind turbines, ranking among the top three in domestic market share for comparable products. Oulu Electric provides new energy power supply systems and integrated solutions, with core products including off-grid/grid-tied inverters, controllers, and all-in-one inverter-controller units.

Its main offerings in industrial energy conservation and automation control include low-voltage frequency converters, integrated and dedicated solutions, servo systems, permanent magnet synchronous motors, and electric vehicle motor controllers. These primarily serve three major sectors: equipment manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection, and new energy. The products are widely used in industries such as oil fields, machine tools, metal products, wires and cables, plastics, printing and packaging, textiles and chemical fibers, building materials, metallurgy, coal mining, municipal engineering, and automotive.
