In September 2017 and April 2018, Continental Electric's independently developed software products—"EV100 Series Inverter Software V1.0" and "EV510 Series Inverter Software V1.0"—successfully passed the rigorous review of the China Copyright Protection Center under the National Copyright Administration, officially obtaining the "Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificates" issued by the authority. With this achievement, Continental Electric now holds 12 software copyrights with independent intellectual property rights.

This software supports functionally enhanced inverter products, utilizing a DSP control system to achieve optimized sensorless vector control and V/F control. It offers improved functionality, greater flexibility, and more stable performance. It is widely applicable to fan and pump loads, as well as applications requiring high precision in speed control, fast torque response, and superior low-frequency output characteristics.
The EV100 series inverters feature three control modes: sensorless vector control (SVC), V/F control, and torque control. Models from 0.75 to 18.5 kW include built-in braking units; for rapid stopping, braking resistors can be directly connected. Functions such as 16-step simple PLC, multi-speed control, and PID control are supported. Multiple frequency setting methods are available: digital setting, analog input, PID setting, and communication setting. Input and output terminals are freely programmable, allowing users to configure various operating modes as needed.

This software supports upgraded general-purpose high-performance current vector inverters, primarily used for controlling and regulating the speed and torque of three-phase AC asynchronous motors. It is compatible with various PG cards and offers powerful functionality. Applications include textiles, papermaking, wire drawing, machine tools, packaging, food processing, fans, pumps, and various automated production equipment drives.
In addition to sharing the advantages of the EV100 series, the EV510 series offers:
High torque control accuracy (±5% in FVC mode)
Robust overload capability (G-type: 150% rated current for 60s, 180% for 3s; P-type: 120% rated current for 60s, 150% for 3s)
