In accordance with national policies and the company's actual situation, the 2018 Spring Festival holiday is scheduled from February 10 to February 23, totaling 14 days. This includes 3 days of statutory Spring Festival holiday, 4 weekend days, and 5 days of annual leave (for employees with less than one year of service, this will be handled as overtime leave or personal leave). Additionally, 2 days will be compensated by working on February 24 and 25.

Employees from all departments who request leave in advance must follow the leave application procedure and obtain approval from the General Administration Department before leaving.

All other office departments are required to arrange their work according to their respective schedules and progress.

Note: The company requires all employees to clock in at the factory between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM on February 24, 2018 (Saturday). Failure to clock in will be treated as absenteeism. A full-company morning meeting will be held on February 25, 2018 (Sunday), which will be postponed in case of snow or rain. All employees must arrive at the company before 8:00 AM to attend on time. The flag guard team (Wang Jiakuan, Yang Yunfeng, and Chen Kang) should prepare for the flag-raising ceremony. Please inform each other accordingly.

Department heads are required to prioritize safety by conducting a thorough hazard inspection before the holiday. A full-company cleaning will be organized on the 9th. Ensure all water and power sources are cut off and doors and windows are closed to guarantee a safe, peaceful, and joyful Spring Festival.
