On September 3, the headquarters of Nanjing Euroverse Electric held a kick-off meeting for the "Resource-Saving Month" and the "Efficiency Enhancement" initiative. During the meeting, the Human Resources and Administration Department elaborated on the key focus of the campaign: “Saving — Improving Efficiency is Saving.”

The campaign is designed to achieve three main objectives:

  1. Save time, enhance market responsiveness, and strengthen competitiveness;

  2. Prevent arbitrary behaviors and foster positive habits;

  3. Improve work efficiency and product quality, reduce waste, and increase overall benefits.

Key implementation measures include:

1. Identify issues in production and promote cost and resource reduction awareness;

2. Make effective use of time;

3. Sales teams fully promote high cost-performance products;

4. Operate according to process workflows, ensure quality control, and avoid rework;

5. Use “effective cross-departmental communication” to drive progress. For any issue, ask: What is my responsibility in this? What did I fail to accomplish? How can I ensure it is done properly in the future?

In conclusion, Deputy General Manager Xu emphasized:
“Improving efficiency is saving. Saving a piece of paper, a drop of water, or a kilowatt of electricity matters and must be sustained, but that is not the core of our effort. True saving comes from reducing rework, minimizing ineffective hours, taking initiative without evasion, completing our own tasks well, transmitting information promptly, and enabling smooth workflow operation—this is how we boost overall efficiency. That is the kind of saving we strive for!”

Thrift is not only a virtue but also a source of prosperity. Every company must embrace lean production and save every second in the production timeline, because time is money, and efficiency is life.
