Fault Code: FU101
Fault Description: Abnormal Internal Parameters of Servo Drive

Possible Causes and Solutions:

1. Instantaneous drop in control power supply voltage:

    • (1) Measure the input voltage on the non-drive side of the control cable during operation to ensure compliance with specifications (e.g., 220V drive: RMS 220V-240V, allowable deviation: -10% to +10% [198V-264V]).

    • (2) Increase power supply capacity or replace with a higher-capacity power supply.

    • (3) Restore system parameters to initialization (set P02-31=1), then rewrite parameters.

    • 2. Power interruption during parameter storage:

    • (1) Confirm whether a momentary power outage occurred during the parameter saving process.

    • (2) Cycle power, restore system parameters to initialization (P02-31=1), and rewrite parameters.

    • 3. Excessive parameter write operations within a limited time:

    • (1) Check if the host device frequently modifies parameters.

    • (2) Change the parameter writing method and rewrite parameters.

    • (3) If the fault persists, replace the servo drive.

    • 4. Software update:

    • (1) Confirm if the software was recently updated.

    • (2) Reconfigure the drive model and motor model, then restore system parameters to initialization (P02-31=1).

    • 5. Servo drive hardware failure:

    • If the fault persists after multiple power cycles and restoring factory parameters, replace the servo drive.

Note: This fault typically involves parameter corruption due to power instability, excessive writes, or software conflicts. Always ensure stable power and follow parameter modification guidelines.
