Possible Causes and Solutions:

1. FPGA and MCU software version mismatch:

• Check the MCU software version (parameter P01-00) and FPGA software version (parameter P01-01) via the drive panel or debugging software.

• Verify whether the highest non-zero digits of both version numbers are consistent.

• Solution: Contact our technical support to update the FPGA or MCU software to compatible versions.

  2. FPGA hardware failure:

• If the fault persists after multiple power cycles, replace the servo drive.

Note: This fault typically occurs due to version conflicts between core processing units. Ensure software versions match before replacing hardware.
