Fault Description: DI Function Duplicate Assignment

Possible Causes and Solutions:

1. Duplicate assignment of the same function to multiple DI terminals:

• Check whether parameters P03-02/P03-04, P03-20, P17-00/P17-02, P17-30 are assigned the same non-zero DI function number.

• Solution: Reassign the duplicate parameters in the P03 and P17 groups to different function numbers. Then either:

• (1) Cycle control power to activate the changes, or

• (2) Disable the servo enable signal and trigger a reset signal to apply the changes.

• 
  

• 2. Assigned DI function number exceeds the allowable range:
  

• Check if the MCU program was recently updated.

• Solution: Restore system parameters to initialization (set P02-31=1), then cycle power to the drive.

Note: This fault typically occurs due to configuration conflicts after parameter modifications or firmware updates.
