Fault Code: FU136
Fault Description: Data checksum error in the motor encoder ROM or parameters not stored.

Possible Causes and Solutions: 

1. Mismatch between drive and motor type

Cause: Incorrect parameter setting in P00-00 (Motor Model Code).

Solution:

• (1). Verify the motor and drive model numbers from their nameplates.

• (2). For Chnchi Electric drives paired with 17-bit/23-bit servo motors (model suffix -U2***), ensure P00-00 is set to 14130.

• (3). Replace with compatible drive/motor combinations if mismatched and restart the drive.

  2. Drive hardware failure:

• Cause: Persistent fault after power cycle and parameter confirmation.

• Solution: Replace the servo drive unit.

Note: Always ensure the drive and motor are properly matched and parameters are configured according to manufacturer specifications.
