Strengthening university-enterprise cooperation to achieve complementary advantages and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
Recently, Nanjing Tech University and Nanjing Oulu Electric Co., Ltd. signed an industry-academia-research collaboration agreement and established the "Nanjing Tech University Enterprise Postgraduate Workstation" at our company. Additionally, plans are underway to jointly establish the "Nanjing Oulu Electric–Nanjing Tech University Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute (Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Engineering Research Center)."
Once established, the center will engage in joint bidding, research, and development for national and local key engineering projects, major scientific initiatives, and high-tech products. Both parties will regularly facilitate exchanges of talent and expertise. This initiative represents a significant step for our company in cultivating corporate talent, tackling major research challenges, and enhancing core competitiveness.
Oulu Electric has always placed great emphasis on the recruitment and development of talent. Collaboration with universities is one of our key strategies for discovering and nurturing professionals. Through the postgraduate workstation, we provide practical opportunities and professional guidance for master's students from Nanjing Tech University, while also supplementing our R&D capabilities with additional resources and complementary strengths.
Leaders and faculty from Nanjing Tech University have expressed strong interest in deepening collaboration with our company to jointly cultivate more outstanding industry talent. By fully leveraging the complementary strengths of both higher education institutions and enterprises—including talent resources, scientific research capabilities, and practical production experience—we aim to promote deeper and higher-level industry-academia-research innovation. The key focus of this partnership will be the development and application of artificial intelligence and automation technologies, with the goal of accelerating the translation of scientific and technological achievements into practical solutions.
To date, Oulu Electric has established two Master's Workstations and one Doctoral Workstation. As university-enterprise collaboration continues to strengthen, we are confident that this platform—guided by the principles of "sincere cooperation, mutual benefit, and common development"—will facilitate diverse and multi-level industry-academia-research exchanges and partnerships.
The university will regularly dispatch technical experts and postgraduate students to our company to conduct technical exchanges, carry out relevant research projects, and continuously improve research capabilities. These efforts are aimed at addressing practical production challenges and enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
